Celia

I am part of the “Seed Family,” because I understand the mission. I share the belief that there is a better way to live in harmony with our fellow humans. I have always admired Adrienne’s ability to affect change in others. It began with watching her, in her own classroom.  Her students loved her, and she loved them. She constantly used classroom culture, and social events as teaching moments, helping the children realize their own strengths and potential to make positive changes in their lives and beyond. She instilled and often introduced the idea that even children can affect change. The fact that she is now using gardening to grow a coalition of like-minded people reminds me that teaching truly is her superpower.
